Chef Bryant Wigger was raised in northwest Missouri, where he a gained a passion for food by raising livestock on his family’s farm.  Before opening Tavernonna with DMK Restaurants, Bryant was Chef at some of the finest Italian restaurants in California, including Trattoria Neapolis, which was named by Zagat as “one of the hottest new restaurants”, Vivace at the Four Seasons - Aviara, and most recently at Wildcraft in Los Angeles, which was included on the list of America’s best Italian restaurants.
